We see this record as a turning point in the band's musical direction. We're very excited to bring you this project that blurs the lines between jazz and popular music. We have strived to create a hip, original sound that will keep jazz alive and accessible. Thanks to: Tim and Julie Nyberg, Pam Meckler, Larry Darling at Lawrence University, Matthew Zimmerman at Wild Sound, Adam Tucker at Signaturetone, and everyone else who helped with the creation of this record, from concept to finish.

Jana would like to give special thanks to: My husband, Adam, for supporting me in all of my adventures, great or small - best husband ever! My dad, Tim, for his beautiful design and for doing our marketing! Everyone who played on the record and did such a fantastic job: Adam Meckler, Evan Montgomery, Derek Dreier, Matt Peterson, Cory Grossman, and my supportive brother, Jake Nyberg. Tess Haun, for her creative photography. All of my students, from Green Bay to the Twin Cities, for believing in me!

Thanks to 106.9 The Lodge in Door County for always spinning our tunes, and to our entire Kickstarter family, and everyone who contributed by pre-ordering this CD. We could not have done it without you! To our performance venues who have stood by us since the beginning, and to all of our friends, family and fans who have supported us over the years, we are extremely grateful!
